Airbrush Tanning: I have read and agree -- during an airbrush tanning session, a tanning solution is applied using an airbrush. The tanning solution contains an active ingredient, Dihydroxyactone (DHA) that reacts with the outer layer of skin, producing a golden brown color. The pigments resulting from an airbrush tan DO NOT provide UV protection. The bronzer that you see immediately is a temporary bronzing color. This instant color helps insure even coverage. Most of this added bronzer will come off in the first shower after application. The color that remains is produced by the DHA reacting with the skin. You should wait at least 6 hours after airbrush application before showering, swimming or taking part in vigourous exercise. The airbrush tan will continue to develop slightly over the next 24 hours and last 10 or more days depending on hydration, exfoliation, and natural sweating from person to person.
Airbrush Cosmetics: I have read and agree -- during an airbrush cosmetics session, cosmetics are applied using an airbrush and other cosmetics applicators (sponges, brushes, Q-tips, etc.). The airbrush cosmetics are oil-free, resulting in a clean, matte-finished look. Airbrush cosmetics are not permanent; however can last up to 12 hours with little or no touch-ups.
I have read and understand the above statements regarding my airbrush tanning/cosmetics session. I have also been given the opportunity to ask questions. By signing the consent form, I am agreeing to the services checked above and hereby release Lisa Lutz of Lasting Looks By Lisa of any and all liability regardig the above services.
