• A husband left his wife and traveled for 7 years. His wife hasn't heard from him since his departure despite of all her attempts. The husband comes back after 7 years only to find his wife married to another man. What's the ruling here?

Are we held accountable for our intentions if we didn't act upon them? If yes, then what about the Prophetic tradition: "Indeed Allah has forgiven my Ummah for what they intended"? If no, then what about this tradition in which the Prophet (sal Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said, "If the two Muslims fight each other with their swords then the killer and the killed are in Hellfire.”  The companions said, “Why would the one who is killed be in Hellfire also?” Allah's Messenger (sal Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said, "Because he was determined to kill the other.”  How do you reconcile this apparent contradiction?

A man is married to a woman whose mother has nursed his sister. Is this a valid marriage?

If you were to die tomorrow, are you sure your money would be divided Islamically? Have you written your will? Do you know how to divide the estate? Do you know the other half of knowledge?
