[C]. I am aware that my team is responsible for booking the necessary hotel rooms. I understand that I am responsible for checking-in no later than 3pm on March 23rd, 2010, and checking-out no later than 12pm on March 28th, 2010. I am responsible to inform the Executive Committee if I will be arriving early or extending my stay. I am also aware that my team will be divided in rooms based on gender, and that each delegation is given 1 advisor room (1 King bed) and 2 student rooms (2 Queen beds each).

I understand that my team is responsible for paying all outstanding balances (if applicable) for accommodation before check-in and to settle for hotel costs upon check-out, including incidental charges, if applicable (e.g. long-distance calls, amenity fees, dry cleaning, etc.).

I am responsible to provide a passport and/or visa and/or student ID card and/or proof of age to Canadian Customs, the Marriott Residence Inn, restaurants & venues, or any other government authority if requested. MMICC and McGill University will not be held responsible for any travel or legal complications which may arise prior or during my stay. It is my responsibility to request a "Letter of Invitation for Visa Request" from the MMICC Executive Committee if such is necessary for my travels.
