Closing Response Form

The health and safety of the Transylvania University community are our highest priorities. The administration at Transylvania has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely since early February and has issued several updates related to this health situation. With the recent announcement that Transylvania University will be moving to remote learning for the remainder of the academic year ALL students must move out of campus housing and apartments. We are asking ALL residential students to complete this response form.

We have limited options for people who need to stay or cannot remove their items from their room.

This response form should be filled out by everyone, even if you have already petitioned to stay on campus and have been approved previously or already have moved things from your living space.

All students must move out by Tuesday, March 24th at 9PM
