All information is required to facilitate the adoption. All applicants must be 18 years or older. All contacts given in this application may be contacted for referrals. Second Stride Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny an application for any reason.

There is an application fee of $10. You may send the fee through PayPal.com to info@secondstride.org or mail a check made payable to Second Stride, Inc to the following address: Second Stride, Inc PO Box 1483 Crestwood, KY 40014. We cannot process your application until your application fee has been received. All horses are available to be adopted on a first come first serve basis to those with an approved application on file. Your application will stay on file for one year from the approval date.
