I would like to see us focus on what it would take to double
the number of Human Trafficking rescues in the next year.
I think this requires collaboration to understand what is
holding us back. Is it:
  a. Difficulty finding/identifying Human Trafficking cases ?
  b. Lack of resource to follow-up on identified cases ?
  c. The need for more funding?
  d. Problems with prosecution ?<br/>
