In order to be baptized at Shore Fellowship, we want to hear your story. Please fill out the form below and tell us who you were before Christ, how you came to Christ and what your life is like now that you know Christ. Also, what part did Shore Fellowship play in helping direct you towards Jesus?
We must receive your testimony at least
two weeks
before your baptism date.
If it is not received within two weeks, we may ask you to wait and be baptized at the next available opportunity.
Please try your best to not criticize or talk negatively about other religions or people that have been a part of your story.
