You are being brought on as a Contractor for The Enlighten Co ​in the role of Support Coach for the Reconnect Retreat, Rise Program, Emerge Retreat or an online program or other agreed-upon program/ support coaching role. By agreeing to enter a business relationship with The Enlighten Co ​and agreeing to work in the role of ​Supporting Coach ​as a contractor, You will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Contract

Overview 

The Enlighten Co’s mission is to provide an intentional, supportive and transformative environment where people can heal, grow, and create a new reality for themselves. We empower humanity to break free from limitations and become physically, emotionally, and psychologically limitless.

Assistant Coach Requirements from all supporive roles: 

• Taking part in retreat activities & workshops where required

• Assisting the chef where required

• Packing away spaces and prepping for new spaces to be created

• Assisting Elle and Ella with the general running of retreat, tasks will be allocated where required

• General coaching and leadership where deemed fit, consulting prior/where possible with Elle and Ella.

• Online Programs - where the possible join-in calls and support on posts, likes and comments.

• This role will include supporting retreat attendees emotionally & spiritually throughout the Retreat.
  
  
• Being on time and ready for workshops

As an Assistant Coach you will receive: 

• The opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of how to run a successful retreat
• Connections and relationships with members of The Enlighten co Community
• Facilitation experience and leadership support
• Food and accommodation supplied throughout the retreat

RECONNECT RETREAT REFERRAL INFORMATION 

✖️How to refer someone:

 1. Share a link to the retreats: https://www.facebook.com/enlightenretreats/ and share your experience and suggest reaching out to you, once they reach out add them into a 3-way chat. 

2. Add the person into a 3-way chat with both Ella or Elle. Introduce us to the person and share a little bit about who they are to you and what they are currently seeking.

3. Bring someone along to a in-person event and add them to a 3-way chat as mentioned above. 

 NOTE: Please make sure you add people into a 3-way message either via text or email and introduce us. The referral must be clear that this person was directly sent our direction from you.

 

Referral Amount: $250.00 AUD 💰

After the 3-way chat has been created there is a 6-week window for the person you are referring to sign up for this referral to be counted. 6 weeks is a valid time for you to take part in helping the potential client say yes, outside of that a lot of follow-up and support from Elle and Ella is given to support the potential client in saying yes. Elle and Ella put in a lot of time into nurturing the potential client to build trust and grow the relationship. During the 6 weeks, we recommend you follow up, checking in, and suggesting any support to the person potentially signing up.

 

✖️Ways this referral bonus will be paid: 

If you are on a payment plan and still paying off your retreat then the $250 will be debited from the total amount owing on your account. 

All referral bonuses to be paid within 14 days of the person attending the retreat and completing the reconnect journey. 

 

Contract terms and conditions:

• You agree to adhere to the brand's vision and mission when sharing opinions on a platform that may directly reflect with or connect to the company.
• You agree that if they are not compliant with the company’s visions and mission or express an opinion that can taint the audience's view of the company may be liable for any legal action taken against the company and may face tear, the inaction of their contract.
• You agree that you will adhere to and uphold a leadership role at all times when in the required role. All conversations, actions and social media shares must uphold the Enlighten co with respect. Failure to do so may lead to further action being taken.
• The Assistant Coach agrees to adhere to strict privacy guidelines when sharing information applicable to the company.
• You agree to ongoing reviews on a performance about the company’s goals and is aware the company may terminate the partnership without notice. 
• You agree that you must update the company on any personal circumstances that may reflect on the company prior to this information being released publicly.
• Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract may result in termination of the contract without notice.
• The Enlighten co reserves the right to withdraw the partnership without reason. 
• The Enlighten co may cancel this contract before the event/retreat or program takes place based on attendee numbers. Seven day's notice is the minimum, although the company will also do their best to communicate needs.
• The Assistant Coach must gain prior approval when releasing information or media collateral applicable to the company activities that the company has not supplied.
• If the Assistant Coach can no longer attend a support role before the retreat, event or program, four weeks' notice must be given via email, and a phone call must take place before the role being replaced.
• By entering into the partnership, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract. The terms and conditions of the contract are subject to change without notice. You may request these at any time. 

 

Clients: 

Should any attendees you acted as a support coach in the Retreat & Program reach out to you and desire paid one-on-one coaching services within the next six months or join any of my upcoming online programs and/or workshops, you will in good faith and integrity, agree to a 15% affiliate/referral fee to be paid to The Enlighten co. You understand that the development of businesses in a similar market impeaches on intellectual property shared during the relationship with The Enlighten co. and by entering into this contract, You agree to a 12-month post termination of contract non-compete, for a 100km radius of the event location/s; unless you gain prior written approval to be released from this by The Enlighten co.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

The Contractor agrees to keep all of The Enlighten Co. intellectual property confidential. The Enlighten Co logo, information, resources, tangible toolkits and material used through the reconnect retreat and Rise program are the intellectual property of The Enlighten Co and are protected. 

The copyright of all materials and resources created and used by The Enlighten co must remain with the Assistant Coach. This material may not be used (except for the intended purpose), copied, reproduced, published, stored in a retrieval system, altered or transmitted in any form​ without prior consent. Any reproduction of the materials and resources will result in further action and possible termination of the contract.

The Assistant Coach is aware that the materials, resources and techniques are not to be re-advertised by the Brand Ambassador as their own materials.

Representations and Warranties:

The Enlighten Co acknowledges and understands that:

(i) The assistant coach has the unrestricted right and authority to perform the duties and deliverables that conform to this Agreement;
(ii)w the deliverables by the assistant coach is original;
(iii) All duties and responsibilities by the assistant coach is compliant with the applicable laws, rules and regulations of the State agreed upon by Parties, to be performed in this Agreement;
(iv) The work of the assistant coach will not contain defamatory, disparaging or offensive content to any product or business, or be involved in any pornographic or be contrary to any religious beliefs.
