Belmont University Guitar Camp - Application Form 2026
Thank you for considering making Guitar Camp a part of your summer schedule! This application (and non-refundable $50 application fee) must be completed by the camp participant's legal parent/guardian and must be submitted prior to final registration. Applicants will be notified of acceptance via e-mail, and final registration/payment information will be provided. Accepted applicants will be sent a link of the registration form. Please ensure that you have the applicant's medical and insurance card available to complete the final registration form.

Application Fee

The director will contact the applicant and parent by email with notification of acceptance and additional information. If the camp has reached capacity, participants will be placed on a wait list. In the event that an application is not accepted due to capacity, the fee will be refunded. You will have the opportunity to pay camp tuition through a separate registration form in your acceptance e-mail.
