Contract Terms & additional Booking Notes:
The theater is extremely costly to operate and our goal is to provide an ever improving first class venue for performers and attending audience.
Due to the post-pandemic increased operating costs please note the following venue policies and contractual terms.
Please alert all Producers, Performers and Managers of the terms and obligations of this contract.
Cancellations are extremely costly to the venue. Please only confirm the event date if you and any other members of your production are 100% certain you can keep the date.
If a show is cancelled with less then 6 weeks notice a $750 cancellation fee will be imposed to partially offset the daily operating expenses of the theater.
If your show was booked with the 2 drink miinimum deal it is very important to have a minimum of 65 people in attendance at your show. You are welcome to comp up to 20 tickets to meet the 65 ticket min. in case you have not sold 65 tickets. All comps will still have the 2 drink min. requirement.
It is the responsibilty of the Performer / Producer to generate the attending audience to meet the 65 person minimum attendance.
While the theater can assist with our email blast it is primarily effective if the performer is well known to the General Public.
-----------------------------------------------------------
WALK UP's
We have found that very rarely does a show get more then 2 to 5 walk-up ticket sales so it is very important to have pre-purchased ticket sales.
------------------------------------------------------------
If you are not confident you can attain a minimum audience size of 65 people in attendance we recommend choosing a theater rental deal instead of the 2 drink minimum deal.
------------------------------------------------------------
PLEASE NOTE:
If the show is booked utilizing the 2 drink minumum deal the theater box office will not Pay Out any ticket revenue if under 50 people are in attendance.
The box office revenue will be utilized to cover the daily opererating costs of the theater if the minimum attendance threshold is not met.
If you have booked the theater with a 2 drink min. it is very important to have a minimum of 65+ people in attedance.
-----------------------------------------------------------
