Make-Up Availability

*If your preferred day(s)/ time(s) are not available, please check back at a later date. The office updates the sheet daily for the next two weeks of availability.
Please list the date(s) and time(s) of your desired makeup class(es) below. We will email you a confirmation once the make-up class is booked.
Please carefully review the below make-up policies:
1. We require a 24-hour advance notice of an absence in order to qualify for a make-up. Otherwise, make-up will be forfeited.
2. Make-ups must be scheduled in a month where the student is paid and enrolled. All make-ups must be scheduled within 8 weeks of the absence or they are forfeited.
3. Once a make-up is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled. (No make-ups for make-ups). Students are eligible to receive a maximum of 2 make-ups per month.
4. Make-ups cannot take the place of a student's regularly scheduled classes. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR MISSED OR UNUSED CLASSES.
5. Makeups will not be given for studio closures due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control, such as unsafe weather conditions.
