  • TRIAL MATCH SANCTIONING REQUEST FORM - 

    COLLEGIATE SOCCER LEAGUE

  • This form is to be completed by any club requesting to play a game that is outside of the scheduled competition fixtures, such as trial games. All games must be sanctioned by Football SA and Collegiate Soccer League.

    The form is to be completed and returned to the relevant Competition Coordinator via this online form at least 14 days prior to the requested game. Games requested outside of this time frame, in which a match official has been requested, may not be sanctioned
