What to expect:

Your skin may experience temporary irritation, tightness, or redness. These are all normal reactions that typically resolve within 72 hours depending on skin sensitivity.

You may experience tingling and stinging in the treatment area. These sensations generally subside within a few hours.

Client experiences may vary. Some clients may experience a delayed onset of these symptoms.

You will likely see results immediately after treatment and your skin may feel smooth and hydrated for one to four weeks with appropriate home care to maintain treatment results.

The skin is more susceptible to sunburn/sun damage. Avoid excessive sun exposure and use a minimum of SPF 40 sunscreen.

I understand that although positive outcomes are expected, no guarantees—express or implied—can be made regarding the success, duration, or satisfaction of any treatment or service I receive at Aeris Medical Aesthetics. I acknowledge that all services offered are elective in nature, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and that results will vary from person to person.

I understand and accept that:

All sales are final. Aeris does not offer refunds on any service, procedure, treatment packages, or retail product.
Optimal outcomes may require a series of treatments and/or ongoing maintenance, based on individual response.
Treatment results may be affected by my personal medical history, medications, lifestyle, metabolism, skin condition, or other biological factors.
No promises, warranties, or guarantees have been made regarding outcomes or satisfaction.
I voluntarily accept and acknowledge the potential risks and side effects associated with aesthetic and wellness treatments, which may include, but are not limited to:

Redness, swelling, bruising, discomfort, or tenderness
Scarring, hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation
Infection, allergic reaction, or inflammatory response
Temporary or prolonged skin sensitivity
Unsatisfactory results or need for additional treatment(s)
I agree to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and previous procedures to ensure safe treatment planning. I also agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by Aeris Medical Aesthetics.

By signing this waiver, I hereby release and hold harmless Aeris Medical Aesthetics, its owners, medical directors, providers, employees, agents, and affiliated personnel from any and all liability for injury, adverse reaction, dissatisfaction, loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to any service rendered, except where prohibited by law.

I understand that Aeris Medical Aesthetics maintains a professional, respectful, and safe clinical environment. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal and denial of future services. Full payment will still be required.

This agreement will remain in effect for all current and future treatments received at Aeris, unless revoked in writing by me.
