You will now begin selecting the courses that were taken throughout high school and inputting the corresponding grades. There are three sections: Mandated Courses, Elective Core Courses, and Elective Credit Courses.

We will first begin with the Mandated Courses section. Each page will feature a different subject (English, Social Studies, Math, etc.) and the mandated course(s) for that subject. You will be asked to provide the corresponding grades to each of these mandated courses. On each page you will be provided with a grading scale to help you with this process.

We will now continue to the Elective Core Courses section. Each page will again feature a different subject (English, Social Studies, Math, etc.). You will be asked to select which elective core courses were completed and then provide the corresponding grades. On each page you will be provided with a grading scale to help you with this process.

Our final section is for Elective Credit Courses. Unlike the previous sections, each page in this section will feature only one course selection drop-down menu. Please use this drop-down menu to locate the course taken, provide the corresponding grade, and then proceed to the next page to continue inputting electives.

As required for graduation, you will need to select nine (9) total elective credits and provide the corresponding grades. Our form will track how many elective credits you have submitted and allow you to proceed once you have reached the required 9 elective credits.

As previously, on each page you will be provided with a grading scale to help you with this process.
