The health & well-being of our team, our guests, and our community is our top priority. In addition to sanitizing all implements and workstations before/after each guest, we have temporarily paused beverage service, distribution of magazines, and hand massages/makeup touch ups. Our service providers and guest services team will be wearing face masks and eye protection.
We've also modified schedules to operate at decreased capacity to ensure appropriate social distancing, and installed barriers between stations, shampoo bowls, and reception desk.
We kindly ask that you:
please wait in your car until we text you that your service provider is ready for you to come in
please wear a disposable ear-loop mask to your appointment that you'd be comfortable getting color or product on
this will need to remain on while you're inside the salon and cover both your nose and mouth securely
to your appointment as we are trying to limit the amount of people in our space at once
please bring a beverage with you if you need one, as we're unable to provide beverages and magazines for the moment
we'll be checking temperatures with a no-contact thermometer for all guests and employees, and sanitizing hands upon arrival
we'll greet you verbally, no hugs or handshakes yet
