NeuroLogic Network of Brain-savvy Practitioners Application

  • 1

What inspired the formation of this collaborative network of multi-disciplinary practioners?

When I worked in the Chronic Pain unit at the Veterans Hospital, I saw first hand the impact of working with an interdisciplinary approach on difficult cases. We assembled seven subject-matter experts from seven different specialties and then we worked as a team, case by case. I have longed to recreate this sense of colaboration in the civilian world since starting my own private Neurofeedback practice in Charlotte in 2008. That’s why I created what I'm calling the NeuroLogic Network of like-minded, collaborative, professionals.

At Carolinas Biofeedback Clinic, we have learned a lot about the neuroanatomy of behavior, and we are ready to share that knowledge. What if you could see how your client/patient's brain is wired? Think about what that might mean to your treatment planning. If we work together, pool our respective insights, and leverage the very best techniques science has to offer, I believe we can make a real difference in our Charlotte-metro community.

Never has the need been greater for our collective services, and I believe our separate solutions are stronger together. If you are completing this form, then you want to be part of a unique multi-disciplinary community of subject-area experts collaborating to improve outcomes for our mutual clients/patients. Congratulations! You've found what you are looking for ... and your answers to these questions will help us get to know you and how we can make your involvement in this community rich and rewarding. Onward!

Occasionally, throughout the year, we close our clinic to clients for about 2 hours so we can offer related-field practitioners (PCP, Neurology, Psychiatry, Psychology, Integrative and Functional Medicine Professionals, OT, PT, Pharmacists, and other CAM or Alternative Medicine specialists, as well as private school resource groups) an opportunity to experience a few of our techniques first hand.
