    This survey is targeted for anyone entering KIS to prevent COVID-19 infection. Please fill out the form carefully. 이 설문지는 코로나-19 감염예방을 위하여 KIS 방문자의 건강상태를 확인하는 내용입니다. 설문에 성실하게 응답하여 주시기 바랍니다.

  • KIS COVID-19 Regulations

    Please carefully follow the KIS COVID-19 Regulations as outlined below and fill out Phoenix Green Pass. 

    Do not come to campus in any of the following circumstances:

    -  If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 or received a positive Rapid Antigen Test (at-home kit or hospital-administered RAT) 

    -  If you are currently in self-quarantine

    -  If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, fever, or cough)

    -  If you or any member of your household is awaiting PCR or RAT test results 

    Under any of the above circumstances, you cannot come to school and this must be reported to the Nurse Office as soon as possible via email at scnurse@kis.or.kr or 02-3496-0528. You may come on campus after handing in the required documents and being cleared by the nurses.

     

     If any member of your household tests positive for PCR or RAT

     - Please immediately report to the Nurse's Office and hand in the necessary documents (PCR test negative result) in order to come on campus

     
    Your contributions to providing accurate data and timely reporting of health status are critical to the overall health and wellbeing of all the children in our care. 

     

    KIS 코로나 등교규칙

    아래에 나와 있는 등교(출근) 중지 규칙을 확인해주신 후에 그린패스를 작성 부탁드립니다. 본인 또는 동거가족이 아래와 같은 상황에 해당하는 경우에는 등교(출근)가 불가능합니다.

    -  본인이 확진 또는 신속항원검사(자가키트 포함)가 양성인 경우

    -  본인이 자가격리중

    -  본인이 코로나-19 의심증상 (인후통, 콧물, 발열 또는 기침)이 있는 경우 

    - 본인 또는 동거가족이 코로나-19 검사결과 대기중

    등교 (출근) 하지 마시고 학교 간호사실(scnurse@kis.or.kr 또는
    02-3496-0528)로 즉시 알려 주시기 바랍니다. 학교에서 요구한 서류를 간호사실로 제출해야 하며, 등교전 간호사실에 등교 가능여부 확인 부탁드립니다.

     동거가족이 확진이거나 신속항원검사가 양성인 경우

         - 즉시 간호실로 알려주시기 바라며, 필요서류(PCR 음성결과)를 제출한 후에 등교가 가능합니다.

     

    정확한 정보를 학교에 제공하고 건강상태를 적시에 학교에 알려주시는 것은 저희 공동체 구성원들의 건강과 안전에 매우 중요합니다. 이해와 협조에 감사드립니다.
