At this time we have moved to "phase two" of our COVID check-in protocol.
What to expect at your pets visit:
When you arrive in our parking lot, still call our office to let the front staff know you have arrived so the check-in process can begin.
We are allowing
only one owner
inside our hospital into an exam room. If there is a second person they will have to wait in their vehicle. We can make exceptions for owners with disabilities or severe hearing problems, but the office staff must be notified ahead of time.
Face masks are still required
for any owner that would like to come inside the hospital.
The veterinarian will still examine your pet in our treatment area
due to the rooms being too small to keep a 6 ft distance. Once the veterinarian is done examining your pet, a technician will bring your pet back to the room and let you know what was recommended or significant findings. At this time our veterinarian is not going into our exam rooms unless warranted which will be up to their discretion.
We are still giving owners the option to stay in their vechicles just let the front desk know when you check-in.
