    The cost of a Substance Abuse Evaluation is $200, payable at the time of your appointment. This fee includes the clinical interview, evaluation, and written report.

    Our standard report turnaround is typically two (2) weeks from the date of your appointment. Most appointments can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks depending on clinician availability.

    If you need your completed report in less than two weeks from the date of your appointment, expedited processing may be available.

    Rush fee: $15 per day
    Maximum rush fee: $150 (Maximum total fee = $350)

    - Expedited services are subject to clinician availability. If we are able to accommodate your requested turnaround time, we will confirm this with you before finalizing your appointment time.
