* As a wholesale distributor of very specific products, we often sell any trade-in vehicles wholesale to other dealerships (unless it's our own product). Therefore, we will not be able to offer private seller rates, if you are looking to maximize how much you can get for your vehicle.

* Further, we are legally required to take physical possession of both the vehicle and signed over, clean title, to count as a trade. That may require shipping costs to Cincinnati, OH which can affect the total numbers. It is recommended that you consult a local dealer and/or online bidding site as a backup.

* There are some states that do NOT offer a sales tax credit for a trade-in against a new purchase. This list changes annually. Please consult with your local agencies to confirm if this applies to your situation or not. Ultimate Toys will not be held responsible for any misinformation related to sales tax as we are not tax experts and it is state law.
