By signing below, the signee agrees that he or she will be responsible for the cost of shipping the gown with insurance. The signee also agrees that they will be resposible for gown upon it's delivery to the specified address below. The signee will need to get in contact with Elizabeth Lee about any concerns and details within 5 days of the gowns arrival.
When a gown is shipped it is very compressed and will be wrinkled, Elizabeth Lee recommends steaming the gown upon arrival. All gowns are shipped through UPS, with insurance should anything happen to the gown and Elizabeth Lee will provide a tracking number as well. The signee now is fully responsible for the items that were shipped. Any damages that occur after delivery or during its alterations process, Elizabeth Lee can no longer be held liable for. Since Elizabeth Lee does not offer alterations, by having the gown delivered, the signee will be responsible for taking the dress to the alterationist of their choice. Elizabeth Lee is not responsible for the cost of the bride's alterations.
