Interacting with the Council

If you will be giving a presentation or reading a report to the Council or need the ability to speak if called upon for questions during the Council meeting, please fill out this form so we can make sure no technical issues arise during the meeting.

ATTENTION:

If you are joining using the RingCentral application, you will join as an attendee, then use the raise hand feature or chat to get our attention and we can promote you to a Panelist, or unmute your microphone as needed. The meeting ID is available on the relevant Council meeting webpage.
If you are joining via web browser, you will join as an attendee, but we will need to create a Panelist invite for you in advance where you will dial into the meeting using a telephone for the audio portion to participate. We will also need you to provide the telephone number you will be calling in from so we can rename you once joined as you will appear on the panelist list as the number you dial in from ex. 503xxxx280.
If you are just listening in and do not need to participate you do not need to fill out this form, and can join via the RingCentral app, web browser, or follow along our YouTube live stream.
