Each year, Sacramento Eye Consultants will select up to 4 team members to attend an annual industry conference.
In 2025, the conference is: ASCRS/ASOA, April 25-28, Los Angeles, CA
Conference & Travel Information:

Includes 2 night stay and 2 full days of conference attendances

All fees, including travel, room, and meals will be covered

Conference courses will be jointly be decided upon with attendee’s supervisor

Time off for the event will be “shifted” from normal work days to the conference attendance days, so that the trip does not go into overtime

Normal 8 hour shifts will be paid for while at the conference
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- Employeed at Sacramento Eye Consultants for at least 2 years
- Have not attended a conference for at least 2 years
- Be in good standing with regards to your performance
- Recieve approval from your managager
- Be prepared to present a topic of your choice at the staff meeting following your return from the conference
