This agreement is entered into between Door into Summer Photo Studio Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Photographer"), located at 1619 S Main St, Milpitas, CA 93035, Office #108, and the Client identified by the aforementioned name and address (hereinafter referred to as "Client")
1. Services and payment terms.
Outlined below are the services provided by Door into Summer Photo Studio Ltd. alongside their respective pricing. The Client has selected their desired service type from the dropdown above, and the Client agrees with these terms.
The session fee is due upon booking.
1.1. Mini-session.
The mini-session fee is $490 and includes the following:
~ 15 min phone consultation
~ 30 min time of professionally styled photography (limited with mini session framework)
~ Access to the studio, Client wardrobe, and baby props collection
~ Ordering appointment immediately after the session.
~ 3 images included
~ additional image is 190, buy-2-get-1 free.
1.2. Christmas and other Limited edition Mini-sessions
The mini-session fee is $590 and includes the following:
~ 15 min phone consultation
~ 20 min time of professionally styled photography (limited with mini session framework)
~ Access to the studio, Client wardrobe, and baby props collection
~ Ordering appointment immediately after the session.
~ 3 images included
~ additional image is 190, buy-2-get-1 free.
1.3. Custom session.
The custom session fee is $1490 and includes the following:
~ Pre-session styling consultation
~ 1.5 - 3 hrs time of professionally styled photography
~ Access to the studio, Client wardrobe, and baby props collection
~ Access to premium accessories collection
~ Professional HMUA service for 1 person
~ 1 ordering 30-90 min ordering appointment.
~ $1000 credit towards the ordering appointment.
1.4. Premium session.
The premium session fee is $3690 and includes the following:
~ Pre-session styling consultation
~ 3-5 hrs time of professionally styled photography
~ Access to the studio, Client wardrobe, and baby props collection
~ Access to a premium accessories collection
~ Professional HMUA service for 1 person
~ 1 ordering 30-90 min ordering appointment.
~ $3000 credit towards the ordering appointment
1.5. Ultimate session.
The ultimate session fee is $7500 and includes the following:
~ Pre-session styling consultation
~ Full day (up to 10 hrs) hrs time of professionally styled photography
~ Access to the studio, Client wardrobe, and baby props collection
~ Access to a premium accessories collection
~ Professional HMUA service for 1-2 people
~ 1 ordering 30-90 min ordering appointment.
~ $5000 credit towards the ordering appointment
1.6. Event
The event photography fee is $350/hr (2 hrs minimum order) and includes the following:
~ 15 min phone consultation
~ time of professionally styled photography (limited with mini session framework)
~ Light and professional equipment
~ 50 images per hour, edited in our signature event style.
2. Ordering appointment
The images and products are reviewed and selected with the Client and Photographer at the ordering appointment. The ordering appointment is scheduled within 7 working days after the session. The photographer reserves the right to postpone the ordering appointment due to personal circumstances.
The first ordering appointment is complimentary and includes a 30-90 min meeting with the photographer.
The balance for the digitals and products is due on the ordering appointment date. All ordering appointments are in-person only in the studio or via software.
If the Client requests an additional ordering appointment, it is subject to a $250 fee. Rescheduling the ordering appointment for any reason less than 48 hrs beforehand results in a new ordering appointment and is subject to a $250 fee.
All purchases, made during the ordering appointment, are final and are not subject to refund.
