SURCHARGES

An additional Public Holiday Surcharge of $43.20 is applicable for swabs performed on Public Holidays in Singapore.
An additional Island Surcharge (Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Tuas, Restricted/Prohibited Areas) is applicable for swabs performed at these specified locations.

Please note: All surcharges specified above are not included when making payment at the end of this order form. These charges will be due after your appointment slot has been confirmed by the Speedoc Team.

Speedoc will do our best to honour your selected appointment date & timing, but due to high demand, we may contact you to offer a different appointment time.
Patients are responsible for checking the testing window requirements of their specific event and if the clinic can meet the required timeline.
In the event that participants receive positive results for their ART, they may require self-isolation and go for a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) swab test to confirm if they have COVID-19.
These services are not suitable if you are having any respiratory symptoms. Please call for a Speedoc video call or house call doctor to assess and do a COVID-19 PCR swab test in that instance.
