IBM COVID-19 Vaccine Redress of Grievances Letter
On October 7, 2021, IBM's CEO Arvind Krishna announced a COVID-19 vaccination policy that requires all US employees to disclose their vaccination status and be vaccinated as of "mid-January." In response, IBM employees have drafted a letter to Arvind petitioning for a redress of grievances. This form represents the signature sheet for that letter. Only IBM employees may sign this petition.
