    1. Investment Required to Reserve Date 

    Your date and time is only confirmed on the calendar with your deposit. understand that your date and time is only confirmed on the calendar after your deposit is received.  Your date and time is not confirmed on the calendar without your investment. A request is not a reservation. Once you submit your date request, I’ll review it and either approve or deny it. If approved, we’ll have a quick consultation, then you’ll get a contract and invoice. Your date is only locked in after your deposit is sent. Without a deposit, your request will be canceled.

    2. Menu: 

    For clients investing in the Intimate Dinner Package, all menus are personalized per client in order to provide a one of a kind experience. Clients are asked to provide a few desired menu options in order to allow the chef to create potential menu options for you to choose from. Please keep in mind some items may take longer to prepare therefore the chef may need to arrive early. Setups (wine, candlelight dinners, rose petals, etc.) also are personalized and can be created by the chef, this may result in an increase in pricing. 

    3. Deposit: 

    When the booking process is completed clients will receive a detailed invoice containing all fees. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price is due in order to finalize booking for the event. An event is not solidifed until a deposit is sent and you have received confirmation of the received deposit.

    4. Travel:

    All travel fees must be accommodated for by the client and will be included in the finalized price. Depending on the location, the client will be charged according to mileage or whatever current prices of flights/lodging (if needed) will be.   

    5. Rescheduling: 

    If for any reason rescheduling is needed, the client must provide us with a 14-day notice in order to move the event to a later date. If we are notified after the 14-day window, the client is required to pay a ($25) reschedule fee. 

    6. Confirmation 

    Your date and time is not confirmed on the calendar without your investment. A request is not a reservation.

    7. Refund/Cancellation:

    If for any reason the musician comes across an illness, emergency, or disaster, the musician has a right to offer a qualified substitute musician for the event. In this situation, the musician is required to refund the initial 50% and all funds and related information will be transferred to the substitute musician. If the client chooses to decline the substitute musician option, then the musician has the right to cancel his services for the scheduled event. In this situation, the musician is required to refund the initial 50% deposit to the client. 

    8. Consultation:

    I'm happy to discuss your vision and options for artistry and/or capture. If your date is available on the calendar, connect when you are ready to make your reservation. After your full review of the website, I'll be delighted to answer your additional questions via email or phone.

    Exclusive Intimate/Private Dining Experience: 

    Within the private dining package our team will provide the upmost dining experience. Ranging from entrées to various wines, live music to rose petal dinners. Our goal is to create a unique and unforgettable moment for you and your guest(s)!

     

    Sensational Wedding Experience: 

    The Wedding Package is a comprehensive experience crafted specifically for couples. It goes beyond just time—it’s about enhancing the entire emotional journey of the day. From cocktail hour to reception entrances, first dances, and curated moments, the Wedding Package includes unlimited performance time within your event flow, personalized song selections, full coordination with DJs and MCs, and mood-matching transitions designed to keep guests engaged from start to finish. Brides and grooms want their big day to stand out from the crowd and provide their guests with an experience to remember. Our goal is to create a night worth telling your grandchildren about!
