Sales & Acceptance
All sales are final. Orders must be received on the scheduled date and within the designated pickup or delivery window. Responsibility for the order transfers upon release from Posh Persian Boards.
Food Safety
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items must be kept refrigerated until shortly before serving (approximately 30–60 minutes). In accordance with FDA guidelines, perishable foods should not remain at room temperature for more than four hours. For safety, items should not be re-refrigerated or consumed after two hours at room temperature.
Allergen Notice
While we take every reasonable precaution to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace allergens. Items may contain or come into contact with dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, or shellfish.
Pickup, Delivery & Liability
Once an order is picked up by the client or transferred to a third-party delivery service, Posh Persian Boards is no longer responsible and assumes no liability for transportation, handling, setup, service, storage, or venue-related issues, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Clients are responsible for adhering to venue policies and any applicable insurance requirements for activities not directly provided by Posh Persian Boards.
