  • Vendor Applications will be accepted up to the Wednesday prior to event. Booth is $40 per month.

    Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.  Vendors may also elect to put up a covered tent if they require shade, but must bring weights or sandbags to secure tents.  The number of shopping vendors will be limited to the number of vendors selling the same item. VENDORS MUST ARRIVE BETWEEN 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. on the day of the event. There will be no vehicle access after 9 a.m. Vendors are to stay open until the market closes. Vendors must park in designated parking areas. Parking on side streets is for market patrons. Please help us to keep the closer in parking for people coming to shop with you! Under no circumstances should vendors park at the Police Department.

    BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE GIVEN OUT, NOT REQUESTED.
    POWER WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE; IF YOU NEED POWER, YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A GENERATOR.

    Individual shall be responsible for the personal appearance of all personnel employed by the concessionaire. INTOXICATION or USE OR POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC DRUGS by the concessionaire or exhibitor or employees at any timeshall be sufficient cause for immediate and summary cancelation of this contract.

    Concessionaire or Exhibitor shall keep a reasonable area adjacent and in close proximity to the location clean and free of debris or refuse at all times. Food Vendors shall not dispose of any food waste, wash water, or grease on the ground. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area after the market. There shall be no music played at individual booths.

    The concessionaire or exhibitor (INDIVIDUAL) hereby undertakes and agrees to save and hold the City of Port Lavaca and Port Lavaca Chamber of Commerce harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, damage and any and all claims, demands, or liability by or to the public or employees of concessionaire, exhibitor or others on account of or occasioned by, and whether due to negligence or otherwise, the installation, construction, repair, alteration, maintenance, premises and or festival grounds of equipment or structure named herein.

    It is further agreed and understood that the City of Port Lavaca/ Port Lavaca Chamber of Commerce reserve the right to cancel this contract if in judgment, the business or exhibit carried on by the Individual, or the manner conducting same is objectionable or not as represented at the time of making of the contract and to have property of the concessionaire or exhibitor Individual removed from the grounds and any and all payments previously made under this contract shall be forfeited.

    Individual agrees that in conducting its operations hereunder, it will not discriminate against any employee, customer, or patron due to race, color, creed, national origin or gender.
