All persons renting the MSAC facilities must abide by the following policies:
- Your event must be approved by the MSAC Facilities Coordinator.
- Please submit request a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
- Request submitted within 48 hours of the request event time are not guaranteed.
- Inspect and report any damages to our facilities before you use it.
- If any damage or incident occurs while using the facilities, contact the Student Activities Office immediately.
- Your organization is responsible for full cost of repair or replacement of damaged or lost equipment at the discretion of the MSAC Facilities Coordinator.
- The Office of Student Activities maintains discretion of the rental of facilities and may deny your request for any reason.
