I understand that if for any reason I am unable to make my appointment or I think I will be late that I will call and let Valerie know.

Currently our cancellation policy is to allow us 24 hours notice that you are unable to make the appointment. This will hopefully allow us time to schedule someone else into your spot. Consistent last minute cancelations and reschedules can result in a 30% cancelation/reschedule fee and/or not being able to reschedule your appointment.

Because we are a small location we ask that only the person receiving the service come to the appointment. This allows for us to be able to provide a more relaxing and safe environment for everyone. (caregivers and a parent/guardian of a minor child is allowed)
