• 2024 GLADHEART FARM FEST Farmer's Market

    The Gladheart Farm Fest Farmer's Market is a small but very special producer's market located in East Asheville Just off I-240 exit 8, or I-40 exit 51.  

    Though the location is metro Asheville, the  setting is unexpectedly serene. The market will is hosted on Gladheart Farm, with live music weekly, opportunites to walk and enjoy the farm, awesome picnic spots to spend the day in a setting magically appropriate for a farmer's market! There are periodic farm tours, educational opportunites, and always great fun for children.

    Vending is somewhat limited, as the intial space we have set aside for vendors accomodates less than 20.  We may choose to expand that based on the needs of the market and its initial slate of farmers and producers.  

    It is our aim to ensure high quality and variety, so farms and producers must be approved. Please fill out this short application, and we will get back to you ASAP!

  • We will provide a space for a 10x10 pop up tent.  Electric *may* be available (for small cost). Let us know what you will need. Its expected that you set up and park your vehicle (parking provided within walking distance) 15 minutes before market begins.

    Cost of participatining in the market is $20 per market.

    Producers are expected to be at every market listed on teh Market Schedule.  If you cannot attend, 48 hour notice is expected. If a Producer misses 3 markets, participation in future markets is not guaranteed.

    We may consider "Special Event" Markets for crafts, etc. "No Show" policies would not apply to "Special Events" Markets. 

    The Market will assume that by apllying to vend, you represent that you meet all regulatory requirements for the items you offer for sale.  This may include Dept. of Agriculture, FDA, Buncombe County, or other regulatory requirements.  Your offering products for sale at the Market also serves as a representation that you comply with the same. 

    The Market will assume that you carry product liabilty insurance and assumes no liabilty for the products you offer for sale.
