Home Game Volunteer Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Valley Sturgeon
Volunteer details:
- Provide a minimum group of 8-10 volunteers, including players and parents
- Venue: Abbotsford Rec Center
- Time: 7-10pm
- Date: Available date of your choice, see below
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Operating admission table
- Operating merchandise table
- Selling 50/50 tickets
- Assisting with special events if applicable
- Helping with set up and clean up
- Accompanying players on the floor during warm up to prevent balls from crossing center
Compensation:
- Up to 10 minor players will be allowed to join the team on the floor for pre-game roster announcements and the national anthem
- Your group will receive:
  - 50% of all profits generated from admission fees
  - 50% of the profits from the sale of 50/50 tickets for the evening.
  - Payment will be made via etransfer within 3-5 days
