After two years of Pandemic, we are finally back in business with you! Come, let us walk you through our new system!

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!

1 - Event Info

Details of the event and exhibitor rentals are as follows:

AniManGaki 2022 "AMG2022"
Date: 27 August & 28 August 2022
Location: Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre "MIECC"
Time: 10am - 7pm
Theme: Pirates
Projected Attendees: 20,000

IMPORTANT Note: All booths come with their basic furniture set only. There will be several options for you to add-on to make your perfect booth. Each form applicant will be given 3 exhibitor tags only.

Size: 2m x 2m (43 sq ft) comes with 1 table & 2 chairs each
Early Bird Price: RM 1,520 each
Normal Price: RM 1,820 each

Size: 3m x 3m (96 sq ft) comes with 2 tables & 3 chairs each
Early Bird Price: RM 2,850 each
Normal Price: RM 3,150 each

Early Bird Price available until 30th June 2022 only.
Each form applicant will receive 3 Exhibitor Tags.
All prices above are excluding a RM300 refundable security deposit per applicant.

2 - Exhibitor Manual (EM)

Please click here to download the Exhibitor Manual (EM). Read thoroughly, sign the last page of the EM to acknowledge your understanding, and upload the page at the end of this form. Should there be any violation of rules at AMG 2022, we may refuse service and prevent you from exhibiting at our event.

3 - Booth Placement & Floor Plan

All booth space is assigned by AniManGaki in accordance with the order of application, size of the space applied for, the nature of the exhibitor or in the manner deems fit.

Please be advised that the following floor plan is NOT THE FINALIZED VERSION for AMG 2022. This is just a rough estimation for you. Exhibitors will receive a more finalized version within 30 days prior to the event. Do not upload this floor plan onto social media.

Please be advised that a 30% surcharge will be applicable for any late add-on requests (from 3 days before event day).

An exhibition applicant or exhibitor (hereafter “Exhibitor”) must comply with each of the rules and regulations contained in the Exhibitor Information and Exhibitor Manual as well as those stated herein. If the Exhibitor does not comply with these rules and regulations and violates them or it is confirmed that the exhibitor has violated them, AniManGaki reserves the right to reject and cancel the exhibition application and to order the withdrawal of the Exhibitor and/or removal or modification of any exhibition space, stand, exhibit(s) and fixtures or ornaments. In that case, AniManGaki shall not disclose or present the arguments that support its judgment. Moreover, fees and costs paid by the Exhibitor will not be refunded. The Exhibitor and related parties will not receive compensation for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation or withdrawal from the exhibition and modifications or removal of the stand, exhibit(s), and/or fixtures or ornaments.
