The requirements for the digital passport photographs are:
- Individual photograph of the person's head and shoulders only
- Coloured (not black and white)
- Neutral, plain coloured background, preferably white (No identifiable features in the background)
- Please name each file with the name of the individual in the photograph
- Only digital photographs, please do not photograph a physical photograph
- The photograph should be in a photo format e.g. jpeg or png not pdf
- Not blurred
- Not too dark
