Reminder of the Roundtable's Mission
Park Extension Neighbourhood Roundtable is a collaborative local social development mechanism that brings stakeholders together to achieve its mission: to improve the quality of life and living conditions of neighbourhood residents, and to promote their rights and collective interests.
Eligibility criteria for regular members
Park Extension residents: any physical person eighteen (18) years of age or older who resides in the neighbourhood.
Park Extension community organizations: non-profit organizations
● working in the field of community action,
● meeting the definition of community action,
● having their head office in the neighbourhood,
● serving the population of the Park Extension, and
● legally constituted under Part 3 of the Quebec Companies Act or the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.
Each member organization must appoint a delegate who shall have the right to vote and, if applicable, to elect or be elected to the Board of Directors, as well as an alternate in case of the delegate’s absence.
