KSOM Enrollment Form

Thank you for your interest in the KY School of Ministry!

KSOM provides training for those sensing a call to ministry, whether as credentialed ministers or as equipped laypersons within the local church. Students complete three levels of study with nine classes each year, one class at a time. Each class incorporates at-home study with a concluding weekend teaching session at Camp Crestwood (7206 Clore Lane, Crestwood KY 40014).

Prior to the class meeting, students complete a study guide online via Moodle educational platform. During the class session, students take a Final Exam, also online through Moodle.

Students may enroll at any time during the year.

Annual enrollment fee: $30 per level of study

CLASS INFO: Registration fee (per class): $75 + cost of textbook(s).

Class registration includes a student Moodle account and overnight lodging at Camp Crestwood. Registered students are emailed instructions by Dani Barth, KSOM Administrator (dbarth@kyag.org).

Once you have been redirected to make your payment, the page will ask much you want to donate. Your payment is called a donation in Aplos.

$ 0.00 shows on the “enter a desired amount” donation line. Enter the full amount due in that area then complete the rest of the form. Click "Submit your KSOM registration payment" at the bottom of the form to process your payment. Once you process your payment your registration will be complete.
