Verification of Enrollment

Use this form to order a degree or enrollment verification or to request a letter to support application for a family member's travel visa.

Allow 24-48 business hours for processing.

All verification requests are processed by the Registrar's Office, including:

F-1 students travelling out of the US
Students requesting a letter for a family member's visa application. If you have more than three (3) family members to invite, submit this form for the first three (3), then send an email with all required information for additional family members to:

- Other students Registrar@uwest.edu
Requests for visa letters for friends are no longer accepted and will be returned.
