1. This service is available at NO COST to you; the Client, and our assistance will never add a dime to your lease nor subtract from any Specials offered. In fact our individual services are designed to help you identify market savings that you would have otherwise missed. We have partnerships with properties all over Central Florida, allowing us to price more apartments and pass the savings on to you.

2. We take our time to carefully choose apartments for our clients based on their selected criteria above. If Locator Services provide 4 or more apartments to you and you choose not to move forward with the process for ANY reason (exceptions MAY apply), you hereby authorize a charge of $250 to the debit/credit card listed below. Please keep in mind price and availability of units are subject to change. Yesterday's price may not be today's price.

3. In exchange for the Locator Services Provided and to receive any specials or promotions from our apartment partnerships, you agree to list "Safiya" OR "Omega Investing LLC" as your Source of Referral on all Guest Cards where you visit AND on your leasing application. Once you are Approved and have a Move-In Date, please notify us so you can claim your promo Gift Card, which is available until August 31, 2022. YOU MUST EMAIL US TO CLAIM YOUR GIFT CARD.

4. When Locator Services are Provided and you choose an apartment referred by us, if "Safiya" OR "Omega Investing LLC" is NOT listed on the Leasing Application or as your Source of Referral, you hereby authorize a charge of 60% of expected compensation to the debit/credit card listed below.

5. Binding Agreement

The Terms of Service are a binding legal contract between you and Omega Investing LLC. Please read the Terms carefully before using the Services. Your use of the Services means that you agree to all Terms and Conditions.
