As we navigate the philanthropic landscape in these consequential times and forge a pathway forward, two constants are the unpredictability of life and the need for FRD practitioners to achieve enhanced proficiency in growth-oriented and sustainable fundraising practices. These skills are especially important as our communities embrace a more relational FRD practice and balance multiple priorities in conjunction with the core annual campaign.
The 2022 FRDLX two-day sprint on September 14 and 15 will blend a call-to-action around the elevation of those practices to harness the philanthropic potential of these times with spotlights on inspiring thought leaders and bright spots (and "fail-forward" initiatives) throughout the field. With tracks for both lay leaders and professionals, FRDLX 2022 will provide an excellent opportunity to learn together, share best practices that will elevate the field, and reaffirm our collective commitment to raising critical resources for our communities and the broader Jewish world.
