Here is all the information you will need to know before completing your registration!
Our season runs starting Monday, September 12th, for 35 weeks.
A calendar will be available on our website showing all weeks we are off for holidays.
Our season ends after the week of May 29th - June 3rd as this week is our year-end Recital!
May 29th, and May 30th will be our dress rehearsals, and June 1st, 2nd, 3rd are our 2023 Recital dates at the Gravenhurst Opera House.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
(Class fees only - This does not include Costume Deposits or Competition Fees which are billed separately)
Option A - Payment in Full
This payment option is your entire season of class fees paid in full.
This does not include Costume Deposits or Competition Fees which are billed separately.
When choosing this option, you receive an extra 10% off of your class fees total.
This can be paid via Cash, Debit, Credit, Cheque or Email Money Transfer.
Option B - 2 Installments
This option sees your Class fees for the season split into two payments.
The first payment will be due upon registration in August
&
your second payment would be due no later than January 31st.
Similar to Option A, with choosing this option you will receive a 5% discount off your class fees for the season.
This can be paid via Cash, Debit, Credit, Cheque or Email Money Transfer.
Option C - Monthly Credit Card Withdrawal
If you are looking for a different payment method for your dance season, this year we are offering a monthly payment plan through our Square Payment Device.
(A one time fee of $25 will be added to set these payments up for the year.)
There would be 8 Payments total using this method.
Your 1st Payment (September) is due upon registration via Email Money Transfer.
Then these monthly payments will be taken from October 20th - May 20th.
If this payment method is your choice, you will be required to physically come into the office sometime in the first two weeks of classes to sign a form in order to give us permission to withdraw these monthly payments, we will then add your credit card/mastercard/debit visa into our system.
Any late payments will be considered an NSF and will incur a late fee of $35 per missed payment.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will NOT be issued without a written withdrawal notice.
A two week notification of withdrawal must be in writing notifying Just 4 Kicks' office of the student’s name, class and reason for withdrawal. The official date of withdrawal is effective upon receipt of written notice.
If using monthly payments, you will be required to make payment up to one month after withdrawal from the class. If using the “Payment in Full” or “2 Installment” options there are no refunds. All of your paid fees there forward after withdrawal will be issued in the form of a credit on your account.
All costume deposits will be returned in full if the costume order has not been placed. If one has been ordered, it is yours, and you will be able to pick it up when it arrives.
No credits/refunds will be issued after February 1st
