  • If you do not have an IG/FB/website with examples of your work/table set up, please email 3 examples to ASolomon@watersidedistrict.com after you submit your form.

  • Spaces are approx. 6'x4', please plan accordingly. Please bring your own table and chairs. The Night Market will run on select Thursdays from 5-9pm. Set-up begins 3:30pm, detailed information will be provided.

    If offered a space, we request that you please respond to the email either Yes or No within 48 hours. If we receive no response, we will assume the message hasn't reached you, and will try again. If there is no response after that, we'll assume you aren't interested, and may not reach out again for further events. Vendors should expect to receive their invite email 3-4 weeks before an event. Please add the email: asolomon@watersidedistrict.com to your contacts list to aid in this process, as sometimes emails have wound up in vendor's spam folders.

  • Each event (unless otherwise described) will have a $50 refundable deposit to guarantee your in your spot, payable only by cash or check. Payments must be made 2 weeks before the event takes place, and can be dropped off at the Blue Moon Taphouse Host stand. Please be sure to ask for a manager when dropping off your payment, and please have it labeled with your name & business.

    By signing below, you are in agreement that in any case that you cancel less than 36 hours before 12pm of the event date, or do not show up at all, you will forfit your deposit and any right to being invited back to participate in future Night Markets as a vendor.
