This application is to be used for applying for commercial services (including residential rental properties) with existing services. If you are applying for commercial service at a location that is not currently serviced by MSC, you need to completed a Water and/or Electric Commercial Development Application.

Since consumption is billed after use, deposits equal to three months estimate usage will be required. Deposits are held until the account is closed and can be reassessed at any point for sufficiency.
