I understand that whenever a tenant moves out of this property, unless otherwise noted, the electric and water service will remain on until another tenant moves in. At which point, I give MSC autorization to transfer service to the new tenant. I understand that water charges constitute a lien against the real property and in the event that a tenant fails to pay their water bill, I will be responsible for any unpaid water charges.

This agreement will remain in force until I cancel it.
