Package Duration, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All coaching packages are designed to be used over a maximum period of three (3) months / 90 days, unless otherwise stated, to allow sufficient time for meaningful and sustainable progress.
Where a client is enrolled on a short-term 4-week (28-day) coaching package, the terms below apply as outlined in the Short-Term Packages section.
Upon completion of the initial 3-month block, coaching may continue on a rolling monthly basis at the monthly rate agreed during the initial consultation call. Either the client or the coach may choose not to continue beyond this point, in line with the notice terms below.
Cancellation & Notice
Both the client and the coach may end the coaching arrangement at any time by providing a minimum of four (4) weeks’ / 30 days’ written notice via email or the agreed primary communication platform.
Short-Term (4-Week) Packages
For clients enrolled on a 4-week (28-day) coaching package, the initial 4-week period represents the agreed commitment period.
If the client does not wish to continue beyond the initial 4 weeks, they must notify the coach within the same initial 4-week period. This ensures both parties are clear on next steps and allows the coaching relationship to conclude smoothly at the end of the agreed term.
If no notice is given within the initial 4-week period, coaching may continue on a rolling monthly basis at the agreed monthly rate, and the standard 4-week / 30-day notice period will then apply.
Once a 4-week package has commenced, it will run for its full duration and cannot be shortened by cancellation.
All payments made during a notice period or within a fixed-term package are non-refundable, reflecting time, planning, and support already provided.
Pauses, Holidays & Extensions
It is recognised that life circumstances such as holidays, illness, or unforeseen commitments can occasionally impact training consistency.
For 3-month packages, packages may be extended by up to 30 additional days, where appropriate.
For 4-week packages, extensions are not guaranteed, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis and applied proportionately where possible.
To ensure fairness to both parties, clients are asked to communicate planned absences in advance, so adjustments can be discussed and agreed where feasible.
Refund Policy
All payments made under this agreement are non-refundable, except in cases of medical incapacity that prevent continuation of the programme.
Where medical circumstances arise, medical evidence may be requested, and a partial refund may be considered to reflect unused services.
The maximum possible refund is 25% of a monthly package cost or 10% of any upfront package payment, where the programme has not yet commenced.
Where the programme has already begun, any refund offered will be proportionate to the services already delivered.
Right to Terminate
In rare circumstances where the coaching relationship is no longer productive or respectful for either party, either the client or the coach may terminate the agreement with immediate effect. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of abuse, harassment, or serious breach of these terms.
In such situations, any refund will be reviewed fairly and reasonably, taking into account the work already completed.
