This form only grants permission to those spaces managed by TMA, the CFAC, and most public spaces. Other departments and entities have different processes to request permission to film in their areas.

How can I tell who manages what space?

You can view this map which indicates who manages each space in West Campus.
You can also look at the room's door sign. The color at the top of the sign indicates who manages that space:

GREEN = TMA (Use this form to request permission)

BLACK and all Public Spaces (Grey) = College of Fine Arts and Communication
(use this form to request permission, may be requested to seek permissions from Marketing and Production)

RED = Department of Design (Must visit Dept. of Design to request permission, 1100 WCCB)

BLUE = Department of Art (Must visit Dept. of Art to request permission, 1100 WCCB)
