We can't sell items that are stained, damaged, odorous, have missing buttons or wonky zips. If your items arrive and aren't in excellent condition, or we find damage, we will post them back to you at your expense.

Once submitted, we will review your items and determine if there's anything we'd like you to send to us

Once we receive and assess your items to buy, we will email you an offer
We pay 30% of our retail selling price via bank transfer, or 50% of our retail selling price in store credit

Shipping reimburcements - added to total at end of process:
- Up to 5 items = we will cover $10 in shipping costs
- 6 or more items = we will cover $20 in shipping costs

In the case that we receive something we can't buy, we can donate it or post it back to you at your expense
