In order to streamline the booking process, we ask both new and existing clients to fill out the form below. Share as much information as possible on how you would like your tattoo to look. This helps the artist's understanding on your desired design and to match you with an artist if you have no preference. For cover-up work, include a current photo of the tattoo you wish to cover-up along with a pic of what you hope to cover the tattoo with. Please give us 2-5 days to respond to your request. After 5 days if you do not have a reponse, check your email's spam folder and let us know if you still do not have a response. Sometime emails get lost in the abyss.

Information about your tattoo idea

If there is a cover-up involved, please take a well-lit photo of the tattoo or scar that you would like covered as well as some area around it. Also please note how old the tattoo/scar is in the description box.

Appointment Availability

Feel free to include your general availability, days and times when you are able to make an appointment to be tattooed. We try whever possible to meet your needs within the abilities of the artists' schedules and availability.
