⏰ Admission Cut-Off Time

Enrolment deadline is 3:00PM the day before class.

Admissions for Saturdays/Sundays/Mondays classes will be closed on Friday at 3:00PM.

Sessions at Guidepost Family Club LG (Causeway Bay) will close at 3:00PM on Thursday each week.

🏃🏻 Trial Classes

We offer a one-time trial session for any new customers. To book a trial, simply select the class you wish to join, then the class code that ends in "-Trial" from the dropdown.

Important: You can only book trials for the next upcoming session (i.e. 7 days in advance). You can only select ONE trial session (DO NOT submit any regular enrolment using the same form). Any additional sessions will NOT BE WARRANTED and NO REFUND will be issued.

Following your child’s trial session, you will receive an email that will allow you to easily sign up for the remaining sessions for the term. These emails will be sent on weekdays at around 6:00PM.

⏳ Class Duration

Classes are 50 minutes. Any classes that result in a 1-1 are 40 minutes.

🎽 Uniforms

Uniform is mandatory for all public classes (trial and drop-in attendees are exempted). Winter uniform consists of just a hoodie, and students are welcome to wear Minisport shorts or their own trousers. The link to order the uniform will be available in the confirmation email upon submission of enrolment.
