DALLAS OBSERVER WILL PROVIDE:
- (2) tables with linens
- Basic Electrical Power (Upon request – limited spots – first come first served). Requirements must be provided in advance of event.
- Plates, Forks & Napkins (Bowls & Spoons NOT provided)
- Sign to display Restaurant name
- Event health permit
- Hand washing station (per health department guidelines)
- Shared electrical refrigeration and warming units (per health department guidelines)
PARTICIPATING RESTAURANT WILL:
- Promote your participation at the event on your social media channels and/or email newsletters. An extra touch point for your current customers to drive loyalty & retention. Special Ticket Offers available.
- Sign & adhere to all guidelines received in regards to City of Dallas Health Department Rules & Regulations for event
- Fill out an online Event Details Submission Form in order for us to pull your event health permit & have everything secured for your booth by October 13, 2023
- Provide:
- 2,000+ tasting portions
- Staff to work your table (4 max)
- Serving utensils, food warmers, trays, etc. (per health department guidelines). There will be no cooking facility on site
- Power strips/ extension cords
- Hairnet & gloves for staff serving food
- Method to protect food on display
- Decoration for your designated booth area – Restaurants are encouraged to be creative in representing their restaurant through unique décor at their booth space
- Drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) can NOT be distributed at restaurant booths.
